Wendy Dale Smith

Wendy Dale Smith (Patrick), 66, born April 11,1956 to Jack Francis Patrick and Maxine Dorothy Elliot went home to be with the Lord on September 11, 2022.  Her life was spent drawing, telling jokes and making everyone who ever met her fall in love with her warming personality.

Wendy is survived by her mother, Maxine Patrick; her brother, Kelly Patrick; her daughters, Misty Causey (Matt) and Brittany Ridenhour; and her grandchildren Jonathan, Kristopher, Dairen and Ava. Wendy is preceded in death by her father, Jack Patrick; her brother, Rick Patrick (Jack Jr); and sister-in-law, Vicki Patrick.

There will be a celebration of life organized by Misty Causey and Brittany Ridenhour at a later date this year. Any photos and memories are always welcomed. We would like to also thank the nurses and nurse’s assistants that were by her side the past few months at Atrium University.
