Stephen Eugene Morgan

Stephen Eugene Morgan, 72, passed away July 25, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with Leukemia.

He was born October 29, 1946 in Lexington, KY and graduated from Lafayette High School. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering, and a Master’s Degree in physics from the University of Maine. He had a long and rewarding career as an electrical engineer and physicist, working in the space and military programs and advanced computer technology.

He is survived by his wife Donna; son Eric, wife Heather, children Foster, Trinity and Sydney; daughter Jeannie, husband Eric, children Riley, Braydon, Aubin, Nina, Roxy and Izzy; Brother John and wife Sherrie, children Nicole, Tara and Erin; brother Don and wife MaryMajella.

He enjoyed golf, wood working, antiques (both collecting and refinishing), his dog and spending time with his 9 grandchildren.

Services and cremation will be private for immediate family and will be handled by Harrisburg Funeral and Cremation in Harrisburg, North Carolina.
