Rosa Maria Rodriguez

Rosa M Rodriguez, 62, passed away on November 7, 2019 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis, NC. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family during the last moments of her life. 

She was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico on September 22, 1957 by late Jose Dolores Vieta Delgado and Maria L Alamo Morales. 

Rosa is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Gil Rodriguez; sisters Elisa and Lucy, brothers William and Luis; children, Gilbert, Jose (Ruth), Richard, Jessica(Clayton), grandchildren Jamiel, Jonuel, Jalier, Kiara, Gabriella, Kyan, Khalia, and Izabella and great-grandchildren Amaliah and Evelisse.

Momma Rosa (as many dearly called her) had the most beautiful infectious smile. She was our ray of sunshine. She loved big and cared for everybody. No matter what battles she fought, she always walked around with her beautiful smile. She loved her job and coworkers, spending time with the family and cooking food for them, going out on dinner dates with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. 

There will be a private Celebration of Life. She enjoyed family gatherings that were always full of love and laughter so she asked her family to remember her the way she was, always happy and full of life.
