Nan Vogler Hartman

Nan Vogler Hartman, 93, passed away on March 8, 2019 at PruittHealth-Town Center in Harrisburg, NC after a period of declining health.  Ms. Hartman was born on January 6, 1926 to the late Maurice and Luna Hartman in Advance, NC.  She was also preceded in death by her three brothers and a sister.

After graduating from High Point University, Nan taught school for many years and then worked at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston Salem, NC.  After retirement, she spent time volunteering at Highland Presbyterian Church in Winston Salem, where she was a faithful member for many years.

Nan is survived by her nephews Ron Hartman, Kervin Hartman (Robin) and Mac Hartman (Debbie) and her nieces Dorothy Lightfoot (Tom) and Jennifer H. Hope as well as several great nieces and nephews.  Following her wishes, Ms. Hartman was cremated.  There will be a brief service with the scattering of her ashes in the Memorial Garden at Highland Presbyterian Church on Wednesday March 27th at 2:00 p.m.
