Lonie was a precious lady, devoted wife and mother, and dedicated teacher. It was a pleasure to be around her, and she was always game for any kind of fun. She sparkled, and her students adored her, too. She loved the Lord, her family, her friends, and her work, and I'll miss her forever.

Lonie was my best friend. My children and I spent many fun filled hours with her. She helped many times when I was in need.
I had to buy a car the year I went Bible College. I'd Borrowed money from a money a company when found I would have to pay back hundreds of dollars she took money out of her savings to buy the car. We loved Lonie like family. May the peace of the Lord be with you
