Judy Marie Canar

Judy Marie Canar, 59, passed away on June 18, 2017 at Tucker Hospice in Kannapolis, North Carolina.

Judy was born on February 17, 1958 in Phoenix City, Alabama.  She had a love for music, the beach, flowers and dancing, especially shag.  Judy also had a heart for animals.  She cared for every stray dog that she could.  

She is survived by her mother, Thirlene Keezer of Concord; sisters, Gail Cuthbertson of Indian Trail; Melanie (Jay) Thaxton of Concord; grandson, Ayden; nephews, Cash and Kahne; nieces, Carly, Rhiannon, Arizona, Ava and Kyla.

She is preceded in death by her father, Earl Junior Green and her son, Joey Pressley

A memorial service for friends & family will be held at 6:00 pm on Saturday June 24 2017 at New Grace Baptist Church 1160 Warren C. Colman Blvd. Concord NC 28026 by Pastor Allen Montgomery. Everyone is welcome.
