Joyce Marie Stamer

Joyce Marie Stamer, 87, passed away on November 22, 2019 at Mount Pleasant House in Mount Pleasant, NC.

Joyce was born on January 1, 1932 to the late William and Edna Brueggen in St. Louis, MO.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Don Stamer, and her son, Matthew O’Neill, as well as her parents and six siblings. She is survived by her daughter Holly Jones (Don) of O'Fallon, MO; son Brigadier General (USA, ret.) Mark O'Neill (Lori) of Hilton Head, SC; grandsons Matthew Fritz of St. Louis, MO, granddaughter Elyse Fritz Bussell (Benji) of Lakeland, FL and great granddaughter Sadie; grandson Colin O'Neill (Carlye) of Seattle, WA and grandson Logan O'Neill of Richmond, VA; son and daughter in law, Marshal and Denise Queen of Concord, NC and grandsons Devin Arnett, Brandon Queen (Michelle), great grandchildren, Alex, Para, Shawn, Caydence, James all of Harrisburg, NC; siblings Robert Stamer of St. Louis, MO, Richard Stamer of Centalia, IL, and Lorraine Williams of St. Louis, MO.
