Dolanne Foster Fye

Dolanne Foster Fye, 54, passed away May 16, 2018 at CMC-Main.

Dolanne was born January 12, 1964 in Columbia, SC to the late Charles and Alta Rose Foster.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, John Fye, her daughters Kristen and Amanda Fye, and her beloved poodle, Punkin.

Dolanne was known for her bubbly personality and as someone who cared deeply about others.  This was evident in her charity work.  She started an organization called Riders Fighting Breast Cancer in 2011 which combine two of her loves, motorcycles and helping others. Riders Fighting Breast Cancer has provided mammogram screening for many woman who would otherwise have not been able to afford this valuable testing. Her love for helping others also extended to caring for stray animals.  Dolanne also enjoyed flowers and gardening. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Riders Fighting Breast Cancer.  This way Dolanne's work can continue helping those in need.

A memorial gathering will be held at Harrisburg Funeral & Cremation on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 2 p.m. The family is requesting that guests wear something pink, Dolanne's favorite color.
