Delia Ramos Philbrick

Delia Ramos Philbrick of Kannapolis, NC sadly left this earth on December 10th, 2022 at the age of 70 after a battle with cancer. 

Delia was born in Iloilo City, Philippines on October 7th 1952 to Rufino Ramos and Othelia Ramos. She was the 2nd eldest to her 9 other siblings. 

She is survived by her husband of 34 years David Philbrick, her eldest daughter Jasmine Philbrick and her husband Perry Going, her youngest daughter Stinili Perry and her husband Ross Perry and all of her extended family in the Philippines, New Hampshire & Tennessee. 

Delia was loved by many and left an impression on anyone who was lucky enough to meet her. She had a fiery spirit and a soft heart. She will be missed by many, especially her family who loved her so much. This world lost a very special person when she left. 

A service will be held for her on Saturday, January 7th at 2pm, at the Raymer-Kepner Chapel (16901 Old Statesville Road, Huntersville, NC 28078). All are welcome to attend.
