Letters of Love to Andretta:
Kenneth-
Dear Andretta, You were the love of the majority of my life. The times we shared were enjoyable and memorable. You were my friend and a great partner. I love you and I shall miss you very very much. Love you Ken.
Darryl-
I love you, I understand & appreciate you. You are the Roots to a gorgeous family tree. I forgive you, Rest easy knowing we love you.
Marion-
Mama, You are my best friend , we could talk about anything. There was nothing that I couldn’t tell you. You were a beautiful God fearing flawed human. You adapt to any and all surroundings, make a safe place in all your homes. Your love was special and warm. If you felt that someone needed anything, your door was always open. People will always measure how much money or
things a person left behind, never the amount of love and morals. I’ll always see you when I’m spending time with the family. You may not be physically here but your spirit will live on in us. You were always just a phone call away, now you’re just a prayer away. I will truly miss you. This is not goodbye. It’s "I see you later mom". I love you
Your baby, Marion
Miracle-
Hey lady, you will be truly, missed. You left behind a great and amazing legacy. You showed me how to always have my heart open for other people. No matter your situation you showed me that you can always make room for someone else. You were the life of any party and your aura was always known when you walked into any room. You're always my number 1 Lady. Forever In my heart.
Your Miracle.
Javetta-
Javetta Your Fourth child. I'll miss you dearly, just knowing that you were one call away was satisfactory for me. I'll miss your funny Outburst that we share alike, your Honest opinions, your Sassiness, free Spirit and also your sweet side that you tried to hide. I knew if you had more you would have given more. Thank you for hanging in there as long as you Possibly could. I appreciate the fight in you, so for the rest of our time here on this earth, your Spirit will live through us, your party of six, your grandchildren, brother, sisters, Nieces and nephew.
Rest well Mommy.
Jametta-
IT'S the GENE for me. I appreciate your STRENGTH. How you did what you wanted, and when you wanted to. How all you wanted to do was enjoy your life the way YOU wanted to. You never were strict or too serious, sometimes disrespectful but emotional, mean but mostly silliness, About your business but know how to have a good time. That's the GENES that I'll see in me, my siblings, my children and my niece's and nephew's. That's why the life of Andretta Lee is everlasting. Thank you for the GENES....Your life will continue on through us. I love you, mom.
Carmenna-
Hey woman, you know most of my life I never wanted to be like you. That was because my eyes weren’t truly open to who God made you and who you were fighting to become. You were stronger than I could’ve ever imagined, you overcame physical , verbal & mental abuse. You were smarter than what people thought, more creative than you were given credit for and had the sharpest tongue to ever spit fire. Mom, your heart is what I’ll remember the most. It was your heart that made you open your home to anyone in need. It’s your heart that forgave many transgressions, it's your heart that showed me you can always make more love.
So today I pray to be more like Jesus in you.
Because I Am NO!
We are an overcomer’s legacy.
David-
Mother you will truly be missed... The lessons in life that were learned from you PRICELESS. I can survive, I can fight, I can manage life because of how you raised me.. You showed a boy how to be a Man.... All while always being the woman mother that I needed...Thank you. P.I.P. ( Party In Paradise)
